This year’s DuneFest event is underway in Winchester Bay.

It takes place at the Oregon Dunes Recreational Area.

Organizers expect to see nearly 10,000 people over the course of the event.

Activities include drag strip racing, pit bike racing, freestyle show, wheelie competition, kids racing, tire toss and lots more. There are also nighttime activities like night rides and concerts, Friday and Saturday nights.

Over 50 vendors are on site. Tickets can be purchased at the gate.
