Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed a Wolf Creek man Saturday, for alleged prior incidents.
A DCSO report said just before 3:30 p.m. the 28-year-old was located on Tunnel Road after being stopped for a pedestrian violation. He was found to be outstanding for two crimes in January and was taken into custody without incident.
The report said on January 27th a deputy responded to a business in the 100 block of Sether Avenue in Glendale after a caller said a man had just broken out a window. The suspect was on video being chased out by the owner. The suspect then allegedly threw a 12 ounce can of soda through a window, causing $2,000 in damage. The man then reportedly went to a nearby store and stole a vitamin water. Units checked the area and couldn’t locate the suspect.
The suspect was charged with first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. He was detained without bail and was released on Monday.
