In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
Music on the Half Shell features rock singer songwriter Ian Moore on Tuesday night. It’s the sixth concert in the popular summertime series held at the Nichols Bandshell in Roseburg’s Stewart Park.
Attendees can bring dinner from home, along with wine and beer, or purchase a meal from one of the many food trucks and vendors that are on site. Blankets and chairs can be put out earlier in the day.,
