Roseburg Police jailed a man for second-degree criminal trespass on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:10 a.m. the 41-year-old was contacted at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. Officers learned that the man was excluded from the downtown area due to recent violations. The exclusion began on July 11th and ends January 7th, 2025. The man was also detained for a parole violation. He was held on $1,250 bail.
