ROLLOVER CRASH ON INTERSTATE FIVE EARLY WEDNESDAY

One driver had minor injuries in a two-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate Five at Rich Hill early Wednesday.

An Oregon State Police report said shortly before 12:15 a.m. an SUV was traveling northbound in the left lane passing a commercial motor vehicle when the semi veered into the left lane contacting the SUV on the rear right quarter panel. The driver of the SUV lost control and the vehicle rolled onto its roof.

The roadway evidence confirmed what the SUV driver said had happened. She had minor injuries and was treated on the scene. The driver of the commercial motor vehicle was not injured but did receive a citation. The SUV was towed from the scene. The Oregon Department of Transportation and North Douglas County Fire and EMS assisted with the crash scene.
