Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public and public urination on Monday.

An RPD report said at 9:40 p.m. officers contacted the 63-year-old in the 500 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard after several individuals said the man was intoxicated, exposing himself and urinating in public. Officers found the man extremely intoxicated, lying next to a mostly empty bottle of vodka, with his pants soaked in urine.

The man was cited and trespassed from that location.
