Covering coastal Douglas County:

The Oregon Department of Transportation will be doing asphalt grinding and paving between Reedsport and Winchester Bay next week.

City of Reedsport Public Works Director Kimberly Clardy said work will take place July 15th-July 19th between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. each day on Highway 38 and Highway 101.

Clardy said drivers should be cautious of workers in the area and use an alternate route if possible.
