Roseburg had a record high temperature for the date Sunday, marking the third consecutive day with a record.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that the mercury reached 106 degrees at the Roseburg Regional Airport. The record high for July 7th was 100 degrees set in 2010. Sunday was also the second hottest day of 2024, coming in just a degree shy of the 107 degrees reported on Saturday.

Roseburg is expecting two more days with high temperatures in the triple digits. It’s likely that both Monday and Tuesday will see record high temperatures for the date as well.
