Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Monday.

An RPD report said at 11:30 a.m. the 54-year-old was found camping in a large tent along the South Umpqua River just west of Stewart Park. The woman was camping in a prohibited area and had a large amount of trash spread around her camp.

She was released after the citation was issued.
