Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive after contacting him on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 7:40 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Southeast Mill Street. The 58-year-old at that location had a warrant for his arrest. It was confirmed through records, and he was transported to corrections.

The man was detained on $5,000 bail. He was released early Wednesday.
