Roseburg Police jailed a man for probation violations on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 p.m. the 62-year-old was found sleeping in an SUV in the 1400 block of Northwest Veterans Way. He had permission to be in the vehicle but had recently been evicted from a nearby apartment. His probation officer wanted him detained. He was charged with two counts of probation violation and was detained without bail.
