Roseburg Firefighters Deal with Kline Street Brush Fire AM May 31 KB

Crews with the City of Roseburg Fire Department responded to a brush fire in the 2800 block of Northwest Kline Street early Thursday afternoon.

Information on the RFD Facebook page said the fire was approximately 1/10 of an acre and was burning in juniper bushes directly below a two-story residential structure. The cause of the fire is under investigation. With the dry vegetation and increasing temperatures, the department is reminding residents to keep wildfire prevention at the forefront.
