Roseburg Police cited a woman for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 3:40 p.m. officers responded to a detained shoplifter in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The 26-year-old reportedly left the store without paying for nearly $28 worth of merchandise and was detained by loss prevention. The woman had previously been trespassed from that location. She was cited in lieu of custody.
