Roseburg Police cited 17 people for prohibited camping between Saturday afternoon and early Monday morning.

An RPD report said the violations took place, in the 600 block of Southeast Flint Street, in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street, in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, and in the 1400 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive.

Everyone was reportedly in violation of at least one portion of the time, place and manner ordinance. All were released after their citations were issued.

The Roseburg Police Log from Friday through early Monday was 19 pages long and included incidents involving over 50 people.
