Roseburg Police jailed a woman on the charge of first-degree theft on Sunday.

An RPD report said the 24-year-old had allegedly stolen hundreds of dollars in merchandise on three different occasions from a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The amount totaled more than $1,000 over the last three months. The suspect was found walking on Northeast Stephens Street and was arrested. The woman admitted to the thefts. She was detained without bail.
