Winston Police jailed a woman for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Monday.

A WPD report said on May 22nd, at approximately 9:50 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Rouge Street, regarding a stolen vehicle. A 32-year-old woman was reported to have borrowed the vehicle of a family member to run to a store, but never returned and cut off all communication.

She was located Monday and taken into custody. The woman was detained without bail. The vehicle was returned to its owner.
