On Friday, Governor Tina Kotek ordered all flags at Oregon public institutions to be flown at half-staff pursuant to a Presidential Proclamation, on Monday, May 27th.

Kotek said, “On Memorial Day, we honor all of our heroes and fallen soldiers, and keep them and their families in our hearts with the deepest gratitude”. Kotek said, “Leading in the mission to protect our country, we will forever remember their fearlessness and sacrifice”.
