Roseburg Police cited a man for DUII early Friday.

An RPD report said at 12:30 a.m. officers contacted the 22-year-old at the corner of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard and Northwest Goetz Street for a traffic violation. The officers noticed that the driver was intoxicated. He agreed to perform standard field sobriety tests and reportedly performed poorly. The man was taken into custody without incident and was transported to corrections where he was cited and released for driving under the influence of an intoxicant. His vehicle was released to his passenger.
