A Glendale man was cited by Roseburg Police for a violation amount of methamphetamine on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 5:10 p.m. the 37-year-old was contacted in the parking lot of the Department of Human Services in the 700 block of West Harvard Avenue. While standing at the man’s vehicle, officers allegedly saw a meth pipe in the ashtray on the dash. The pipe reportedly had a usable amount inside and was seized.

The driver was released after the citation was issued.
