Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 10:30 p.m. the 46-year-old was contacted inside his camp in the 700 block of Southeast Stephens Street. The camp was in violation of the time, place, and manner ordinance.

The man was released after he was given a citation.
