Roseburg Police cited seven people for prohibited camping in contacts that took place between Friday afternoon and early Monday morning.

An RPD report said people were found in the 100 block of Southeast Templin Avenue, in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street, in the 200 block of Southeast Stephens Street, in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, in the 700 block of West Military Avenue and in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street.

All those cited were reportedly in violation of at least one part of the time, place, and manner ordinance. All were released after their citations were issued.
