Roseburg Police jailed a man Thursday for an alleged prior criminal mischief incident.
An RPD report said shortly after 8:30 a.m. the 55-year-old was identified as the suspect from a case on May 14th when he allegedly punched a window at a business in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. This reportedly caused enough damage that it needed to be replaced. The business owner estimated the cost to replace the window would be between $1,500 and $2,000.
The man was contacted in the 400 block of West Corey Court and arrested. He was charged with first degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $1,250.
