The Glide Veterans Memorial, located adjacent to the Glide Community Center, will hold its 15th annual Memorial Day ceremony on Monday, May 27th at 10:00 a.m.

This year’s ceremony will honor the seven military veterans whose names are inscribed on the memorial wall who were killed in action while serving the nation.

This year’s guest of honor is Sheriff John Hanlin. He will lay the memorial wreath at the monument. Other participants will include a bagpiper, bugler, and singer.

Parking for persons with disabilities will be posted in front of the Glide Community Center. Seating will be available facing the memorial for those who desire it. The ceremony is scheduled to last for under one hour.
