Roseburg Police cited a teen for minor in possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 10:40 p.m. the 18-year-old male was stopped for a traffic violation at the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Shambrook Avenue. He was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. The minor was released after being cited.
