Two people were cited by Roseburg Police for prohibited camping early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 5:00 a.m. officers contacted a 58-year-old man and 49-year-old woman in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street.  The pair were allegedly sleeping in a tent surrounded by trash. They were also in violation of the time, place, and manner ordinance.

They were released after the citations were issued
