Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 11:20 a.m. officers contacted the 27-year-old who was camping in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. She was informed that she was in a prohibited zone per the time, place, and manner ordinance. The woman was released after the citation was issued.
