Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:15 p.m. officers contacted the 46-year-old under the Rowe Street Bridge in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Street and watched him drinking a beer. The man emptied the beer. He was cited and released without incident.
