ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN WITH ROCK IN HAND

Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged criminal mischief incident on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said just after 6:10 a.m. officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of Northwest Cecil Street after the homeowner said a man had thrown a rock at a window, causing damage. Officers located 30-year-old David Moll nearby. Moll was told he was under arrest and to stop, but he continued to walk towards an officer with a rock in his hand. The officer deployed a taser on Moll and he was taken into custody without further incident. No injuries were sustained.

Moll was charged with second-degree counts of criminal mischief and criminal trespass along with a parole violation. He was detained on $7,500 bail.
