Roseburg Police cited a man for driving while suspended and driving uninsured on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:20 p.m. officers stopped the 47-year-old for driving with no lights on Northeast Walnut Street near Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. He was released after the citations were issued.
