Muchas Gracius will open a location in Roseburg next month.
Using the corporate name Jerifam, Inc, the company is getting ready to open the store on West Harvard Avenue, in the former location of a Kentucky Fried Chicken, Long John Silvers outlet.
Owner Eliva Martinez told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that they hope to begin operation on May 1st. Martinez said company stores features authentic Mexican cuisine. She said the new location is in the process of getting approved to have beer and wine available. Martinez said the location has 50 indoor seats plus a drive through.
Muchas Gracius currently operates in Winston, Grants Pass and Central Point in Oregon. Martinez says their first store in California, should open in Redding around June 1st. With locations in Washington State as well, there are a total of around 30 Muchas Gracius locations. The company is based in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
Martinez said family and extended family members have been operating the chain since 2001.
Operating hours will be 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
