Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 2:10 p.m. officers contacted the 52- year-old at the intersection of Northeast Winchester Street and Northeast Shambrook Avenue where he was allegedly sitting and drinking an alcoholic beverage. The man was cited. and his drink was poured out.
