In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
Umpqua Community College Visual & Performing arts presents: High Desert to High Tide, an exhibition featuring fifteen watercolor and acrylic paintings by Oregon artist, Bets Cole. This series of paintings feature Oregon landscapes from the shore to the high desert, including depictions of valleys in between.
It is on display through May 1st at the gallery, which is in the Whipple Fine Arts Center. The gallery is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A public reception and artist talk will be held on Wednesday, April 10th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Admission to the gallery is free.
