Roseburg Police cited a man for an overnight DUII incident early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 1:20 a.m. an officer witnessed the 44-year-old commit a traffic violation after leaving the parking lot of a business. The vehicle was stopped near the corner of Southeast Kane Street and Southeast Oak Avenue. The officer saw signs of impairment. The driver agreed to standard field sobriety tests and reportedly performed poorly.

The man was transported to corrections and cited for driving under the influence of an intoxicant. His mini-van was legally parked.
