Two Yoncalla residents were jailed for warrants by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Friday night.

A DCSO report said at 6:30 p.m. a deputy contacted the 39-year-old man and 65-year- old woman in the 5000 block of Elkhead Road. The man had a nationwide extraditable warrant out of Kentucky for assault on a parole officer. The woman had a DCSO warrant for multiple charges. The man was detained without bail while the woman was released later in the evening.
