Questions regarding State Representative Christine Goodwin’s residency in House District 4 have led to a court hearing.
A Josphine County Circuit Court document shows that it is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on April 5th at Family Court in Grants Pass.
Goodwin is currently serving in the House but is seeking the Senate District 2 seat. She faces Noah Robinson in the primary. He is the son of Art Robinson, who has been barred from seeking another term.
A lawsuit filed against the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office last week apparently came too late for the residency issue to be considered prior to determining who will be on the May 2024 Primary Election Ballot.
