A fugitive was cited after an overnight incident in Roseburg early Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 1:15 a.m. officers responded to a burglary alarm at a restaurant in the 1200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Officers did not find any evidence of a crime. They contacted the 27-year-old who was walking away from the business when they arrived.

He was released after being cited for a warrant.
