ROSEBURG WOMAN JAILED FOR REPORTED DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A Roseburg woman was jailed by Roseburg Police on the charge of second-degree disorderly conduct early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 12:50 a.m. a resident contacted firefighters at the Public Safety Center on Southeast Douglas Avenue and said that people were being murdered in the 900 block of Southeast Jackson Street. Firefighters followed the man to the address, at which point police officers arrived and located the woman. The 45-year-old was screaming and pounding on the windows of a building. No murder had been committed. The suspect had been previously warned of disorderly conduct for screaming at staff at a business on Northeast Aviation Drive.

The woman was taken into custody. Bail was set at $2,500.
