MYRTLE CREEK MAN CITED FOR DUII INCIDENT

A Myrtle Creek man was cited by Roseburg Police for an alleged DUII incident on Thursday night.

An RPD report said just after 10:00 p.m. officers observed the 25-year-old commit several traffic violations after leaving a business near the intersection of Northwest Kline Street and Northwest Hughwood Avenue. Officers stopped his vehicle and observed signs of impairment. The driver consented to standard field sobriety tests and allegedly performed poorly.

He was arrested for DUII and transported to corrections where he was cited and released for driving under the influence of an intoxicant. A friend drove his pickup from the scene.
