Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged fraud incident on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said the 43-year-old was developed as a suspect in a fraud case last month and officers located him at 4:00 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Harvard Avenue. He allegedly admitted to using a credit card he knew was not his, for over $1,000 and was arrested.

The man was charged with first-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Bail was set at $50,000.
