Two Roseburg men were cited by Roseburg Police for prohibited camping after being contacted separately early Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 1:25 a.m. a 43-year-old was spotted camping in the 100 block of Southeast Templin Avenue. That is a restricted area per the Time Place and Manner ordinance.

At 1:50 a.m. a 61-year-old was found camping in the 1400 block of Southeast Micelli Street, which is also a restricted area according to the TPM ordinance. He was also cited for offensive littering.

Both men were released after citations were issued.
