Roseburg Police cited a man for second-degree criminal trespass on Friday.

An RPD report said just after 1:10 p.m. the 39-year-old was spotted near the intersection of Southeast Jackson Street and Southeast Court Street. An officer knew the suspect was a City Expulsion Violator on his third warning and was in the exclusion zone.

The man was released after being cited, due to medical reasons.
