A fugitive was arrested by Roseburg Police on Friday.

An RPD report said at 12:40 p.m. officers contacted the 46-year-old in the 400 block of Northeast Oakland Avenue after a caller said the man was acting strange. He was taken into custody for a Coos Bay Police Department warrant.

The man was released later in the day.
