ROSEBURG POLICE DEAL WITH 3 DUII INCIDENTS IN 3 HOURS

Roseburg Police dealt with 3 DUII incidents in 3 hours between late Thursday night and early Friday morning.

An RPD report said just after 10:20 p.m. a 27-year-old woman was pulled over for running a stop sign at the intersection of Southeast Lane Avenue and Southeast Pine Street. During the traffic stop the officer noticed signs of impairment. The woman performed standard field sobriety tests and allegedly performed poorly. She was taken into custody and transported to corrections where she provided a breath sample. She was released after being cited for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Just after 12:30 a.m. officers witnessed a 22-year-old commit multiple traffic violations while driving west on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard near Northeast Fulton Street. Officers stopped her vehicle and saw signs of impairment. The woman agreed to perform field sobriety tests and reportedly performed poorly. She was taken to corrections where she provided a breath sample and was cited and released for DUII.

At 1:35 a.m. officers contacted a 22-year-old woman at a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard due to expired registration stickers. During the traffic stop, the officer noticed signs of impairment. The driver consented to standard field sobriety tests and allegedly performed poorly. She was arrested and taken to corrections where she provided a breath sample. The woman was cited and released for DUII-alcohol.
