A contractor working for the Oregon Department of Transportation will close the Exit 125 loop on-ramp for eastbound Garden Valley Boulevard traffic getting onto northbound Interstate 5 from 8:00 p.m. Wednesday to 6:00 a.m. Thursday.

Dan Latham of ODOT said the closure will allow contractors to pave around the new sidewalk curbs at the entrance to the ramp. Latham said the work is weather dependent and could be pushed back to Thursday night due to rain.

During the ramp closure, motorists are advised to use alternate routes. Latham said roadside message boards will be updated with the latest closure information.
