A Roseburg woman was cited by Roseburg Police for offensive littering Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:00 a.m. officers contacted the 41-year-old during camp clean ups in the 1400 block of Southeast Miccelli Street. The woman’s camp was not cleaned up and the suspect had allegedly spread out her belongings and trash to around an approximate fifteen-foot area. She had an industrial refrigerator and other rubbish surrounding the area.

The woman was given the citation, and her camp was cleaned up.
