The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife has a Free Fishing Weekend in the state on Saturday and Sunday.

An ODFW release said no fishing/shellfish licenses or tags are required for those two days of President’s Day weekend. Both Oregon residents and nonresidents can fish for free. All other fishing regulations apply including closures, bag limits, and size restrictions.
