Roseburg Police jailed a man following two incidents Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 7:30 a.m. 38-year-old Jonathan Rios allegedly went back to a location which he had been previously trespassed from in the 3200 block of West Shasta Avenue. Rios reportedly left several hundred dollars on top of a mailbox attached to the garage. He later admitted to leaving the money to profess his love for a victim who lived at that address.

At approximately 8:30 a.m. Rios allegedly broke a window at a business in the 2400 block of West Harvard Avenue while he was walking by. The window was estimated to cost over $2,000 to replace.

Rios was charged with second-degree counts of criminal mischief and criminal trespass, along with a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
