Roseburg Police jailed a man for a probation violation on Monday.

An RPD report said at 12:30 p.m. officers contacted the 31-year-old at a business in the 1300 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard because his probation officer wanted him detained for not checking in as required. He was taken into custody without issue and was held without bail.
