Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited burning early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 4:00 a.m. fire fighters responded to a fire by the Rowe Street Bridge near the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street and located the 37-year-old nearby. The man reportedly yelled at the fire fighters as they extinguished the fire.

He was released after the citation was issued.
