A Roseburg man was cited by Roseburg Police for an alleged prior harassment incident on Sunday.

An RPD report said shortly after 10:00 p.m. a victim reported that earlier in the day, a 52-year-old man had pushed her out of his pickup, causing her to fall to the ground. Later that evening officers contacted the suspect during a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway.

The man claimed he didn’t push the woman, but said he drove away while she was trying to crawl into the truck, leading to the fall.

The man was cited for harassment and then was released.
